Notion Plugin for Claude Code
Connects Claude Code to your Notion workspace.
Why use Notion Plugin for Claude Code?
Claude Code can work with files on your computer, but it cannot see the decisions, specifications and notes stored in Notion by itself. This official plugin from Notion combines its hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, a connection that Notion runs so Claude Code can use the service, with four skills, saved instruction packs that teach Claude how to handle common Notion work, and ten slash commands. After you sign in, it can search and read your workspace, create and update pages, append notes and add database rows. It is made specifically for Claude Code rather than as a general Notion connection for every assistant.
When should you use Notion Plugin for Claude Code?
Use it when project specifications, meeting notes, research or tasks live in Notion and you want Claude Code to use or update them without copying between windows. Notion says the connection can work with content that your signed-in account can access, not only one selected page. Ask it to name the destination and proposed change before you let it write. Workspace owners can manage MCP client access under Settings, then Connections.
