Claude Plugin Directory

The official list of what you can bolt onto Claude Code.

Why use Claude Plugin Directory?

Finding a plugin usually means trusting a list some stranger assembled. This one is Anthropic's, and they manage what goes in it, which is the whole point: it is not a free-for-all. It currently holds close to three hundred plugins covering database access, code review, messaging, browser control and a great deal else, and each installs with one command. Several tools in this log are in here, including Superpowers, Ralph Loop and Claude Code Setup.

When should you use Claude Plugin Directory?

When you want to add something to Claude Code and would rather start from a maintained list than a search engine. Worth a slow browse if you are new and do not yet know what is even possible.

How do you install and use Claude Plugin Directory?

  1. Browse the directory on GitHub, or ask Claude Code to search it for you.
  2. Note the plugin name you want. Each one sits under plugins or external_plugins.
  3. Install it with claude plugin install, naming the plugin and then claude-plugins-official.
